About Jossy....
I am a kiwi ex-pat working in Melbourne, Australia. Recently gave birth to a beautiful boy and now on maternity leave from the corporate world of biotechnology. I live, breathe and eat for the outdoors, mainly due to growing up on a country farm. This challenge will hopefully get me back to my grass roots and help my family to get healthy!
